Cancellation Policy

Bookings Policy 1. Booking Confirmation All sessions (Discovery, Strategy, and Action) must be booked through our online booking system. You will receive an email confirmation with your session details once the booking is completed. 2. Payment Payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged in writing. Prices are displayed in AUD and include GST where applicable. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, please contact us directly. One courtesy reschedule may be offered at BSA’s discretion. 4. No-Shows If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not provided notice, the session fee is forfeited. Repeat no-shows may result in restricted booking access. 5. Session Access Online sessions are conducted via Zoom (or another agreed platform). You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and suitable environment. Session links will be sent to your registered email before the booking. 6. Session Duration Each session runs for the allocated time booked (Discovery, Strategy, or Action). If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the scheduled time to respect following bookings. 7. Recording & Privacy Sessions may not be recorded without prior written consent from both parties. All information shared during sessions is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent. 8. Follow-Up & Next Steps Following your session, BSA may provide notes, resources, or recommendations via email. Next sessions (e.g., moving from Discovery to Strategy, or Strategy to Action) must be booked separately. 9. Agreement By booking an online session with Brighter Solutions Australia, you agree to this policy.
